Full Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Term	Meaning
"ct555"	The online gaming platform operated at ct555.onl, including all casino, sports betting, and payment services offered thereon.
"Member"	Any individual who has completed registration and holds an active ct555 account.
"Platform"	The ct555 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated software, games, and services.
"PKR Wallet"	The member's account balance denominated in Pakistani Rupees, held within the ct555 platform.
"Real Money Balance"	Funds deposited by the Member and held in the PKR Wallet, excluding bonus funds.
"Bonus Balance"	Promotional funds credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total value of bets a Member must place before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory from which access to or use of ct555 is legally restricted or prohibited.
"Verification Documents"	Identity documents, including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent, required by ct555 to verify Member eligibility.

2.1 By accessing the ct555 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any ct555 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the ct555 platform.

2.2 These Terms form the entire agreement between you and ct555 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, negotiations, and agreements between the parties.

2.3 ct555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the ct555 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3.2 Age Verification. ct555 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time. Age verification via CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document is mandatory before ct555 will process any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by ct555 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.3 Underage Accounts. Where ct555 determines, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that a Member is under the minimum age, ct555 will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full investigation, and if the suspicion is confirmed: (a) close the account permanently; (b) void all bets and game results; and (c) return deposits net of any amounts withdrawn, in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of ct555 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ct555 does not warrant that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. If you access ct555 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk.

3.5 Capacity. You represent that you are of full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, are not acting on behalf of a third party, and are not subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction applicable to gambling activity.

4.1 Registration Requirements. To use ct555's services, you must register an account by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one ct555 account. ct555 prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different mobile numbers, usernames, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ct555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct555 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. ct555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 Account Information Updates. You must promptly notify ct555 of any changes to your personal information by contacting support at [email protected]. ct555 reserves the right to suspend account access pending verification of updated information.

4.5 Account Suspension and Closure. ct555 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) ct555 is required to do so by law or regulation; or (d) the Member has not logged in for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ct555 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ct555's discretion; current options will always be listed on the deposits page of the platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at ct555 is PKR 100. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by ct555, though individual payment providers may enforce their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your ct555 PKR Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following standard blockchain confirmation.

5.4 Deposit Currency. All deposits are accepted and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, as determined by ct555.

5.5 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. ct555 strictly prohibits the use of funds obtained through illegal means. ct555 conducts anti-money laundering (AML) screening on all accounts and transactions and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

5.6 Deposit Fees. ct555 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ct555 accepts no responsibility.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount from ct555 is PKR 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Verification Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of ct555's identity verification process. Members must provide satisfactory Verification Documents before their first withdrawal will be processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at ct555's discretion, particularly where large amounts are involved or where account activity raises compliance concerns.

6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment account held in the Member's own name. ct555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. ct555 targets the following processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 5 minutes of approval during operational hours; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay) — within 1 business day of approval. These are targets, not guarantees; processing times may be affected by factors outside ct555's control.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees. ct555 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Payment provider fees, where applicable, are the Member's responsibility.

6.6 Right to Refuse Withdrawal. ct555 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where: (a) verification documents have not been satisfactorily provided; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms; (c) applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal would reduce the Real Money Balance below the minimum required to satisfy active wagering commitments.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions at ct555 are available to eligible Members as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new and existing Members who meet the qualifying criteria defined for each offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All ct555 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly at the time of offer. Failure to fulfil wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

7.3 One Bonus Per Person. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will be considered a breach of these Terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. ct555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting designed to exploit offers, abnormal betting patterns inconsistent with recreational play, or collusion between Members to extract bonus value. ct555 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and suspend accounts where abuse is identified.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. ct555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered, except where ct555 identifies abuse or Terms violations.

7.6 Promotion-Specific Terms. Each ct555 promotion may be accompanied by additional terms specific to that offer. In the event of any conflict between such specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in relation to that promotion.

8.1 Game Providers. All games available on the ct555 platform are supplied by internationally certified third-party game providers. These providers maintain independent RNG (Random Number Generator) certifications from recognised testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by certified random processes and are not influenced by ct555 or any Member.

8.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on ct555 is governed by rules specific to that game, accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm acceptance of those game-specific rules.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game round, ct555 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return staked amounts to the relevant Members. ct555 will not be liable for any profits a Member considers they would have won during a malfunction period.

8.4 Disputed Game Results. If you dispute the result of a game, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the game session in question by contacting ct555 support. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. ct555's determination of game results, based on server logs and provider records, shall be final and binding.

8.5 Live Casino. Live dealer games at ct555 are subject to additional rules communicated by the presiding dealer and visible within the game interface. Members must act within the time limits displayed in live game environments. ct555 and its live game providers reserve the right to void bets placed after the designated cut-off time for each round.

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on ct555 are subject to acceptance at ct555's discretion. ct555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are confirmed only once a bet reference number is issued to the Member.

9.2 Odds. Odds displayed on ct555 are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those in effect at the moment of bet confirmation, as recorded in ct555's systems. In-play odds update in real time and ct555 accepts no responsibility for delays in display resulting from connectivity issues on the Member's end.

9.3 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided by ct555 in the following circumstances: event cancellation, postponement beyond ct555's settlement period, incorrect odds posted due to system error, or any other circumstance as defined in ct555's sports betting rules. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stakes returned).

9.4 PSL and Cricket Betting. For Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket markets, ct555 applies Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments where applicable for rain-affected matches. Market-specific settlement rules are displayed within each market. Members are responsible for reading applicable settlement rules before placing bets on cricket events.

9.5 Maximum Winnings. ct555 applies maximum winnings limits per event and per Member. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. ct555 reserves the right to limit winnings on any market at its sole discretion.

9.6 Match Fixing and Integrity. Betting on events in which the Member has any knowledge of or involvement in match fixing, result manipulation, or any other form of sports integrity violation is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. ct555 cooperates fully with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in relation to suspicious betting patterns.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct555 platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating more than one ct555 account;
• Accessing ct555 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the ct555 platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain a financial advantage;
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the ct555 platform;
• Chargebacks on deposits without prior dispute resolution through ct555 support;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at ct555 staff or other Members;
• Any form of cheating, match fixing, or sports integrity violation;
• Sharing your ct555 account credentials with any third party;
• Using ct555 for any commercial or professional gambling purpose not sanctioned by ct555 in writing.

11.1 Commitment. ct555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. Gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity. ct555 provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity.

11.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ct555 Members from the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits take immediate effect when set and can only be increased after a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum net loss threshold per session, per day, or per week. Accounts are automatically paused when this threshold is reached.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure notifications to alert them after a specified duration of continuous play (available in 30, 60, and 90-minute increments).
• Reality Checks: An in-session pop-up displaying elapsed session time and net win/loss position, available at regular intervals of the Member's choosing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a Member-selected period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, the Member cannot access their account or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure. This takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed once confirmed. Members wishing to self-exclude should contact support at [email protected] or use the self-exclusion tool in account settings.

11.3 Minor Protection. ct555 strongly encourages Members to use parental control tools and internet filtering software to prevent minors in their household from accessing gambling platforms. ct555 recommends consulting resources provided by internet safety organisations for appropriate filtering options.

12.1 All content on the ct555 platform — including but not limited to the ct555 name, logo, trademarks, software, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ct555 or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct555 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.

12.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ct555 content without express written permission from ct555. Unauthorised use of ct555 intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ct555 platform.

13.2 ct555's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 ct555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and ct555 disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ct555's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14.1 ct555's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ct555 Privacy Policy.

14.2 ct555 collects personal data necessary for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. ct555 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

14.3 ct555 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect the transmission of all personal and financial data between Members and the platform.

14.4 ct555 may be required to disclose Member information to relevant regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or where ct555 has a good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect ct555's rights, or prevent fraud.

15.1 ct555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where prior notice is required by applicable law.

15.2 Changes to these Terms will be published on the ct555 platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ct555 will endeavour to notify Members via their registered mobile number or email address, where available.

15.3 Your continued use of the ct555 platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming license standards and applicable general principles of law as may be determined by ct555 in its reasonable discretion.

16.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal. In the event of any dispute between a Member and ct555, the Member must first raise the matter with ct555 customer support by contacting [email protected]. ct555 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

16.3 Dispute Resolution — Final. Where a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

16.4 Game Result Disputes. For disputes specifically relating to game results, ct555's server logs and game provider records shall be the authoritative and final source of truth. ct555's determination based on these records shall be final and binding.

16.5 Time Limitation. Any claim against ct555 must be initiated within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
